About Santana | Co-Creator of Hidden Path Movement

I’m Santana—a mother first, and a guide second. Hidden Path Movement was born from a quiet, deep-rooted calling to live in rhythm with nature, to move with purpose, to raise a family in love and strength, and to invite others into that same kind of intentional, wholehearted living.

With over a decade in the yoga and fitness world, I’ve spent years on the mat and under the barbell—studying how the body moves, how the nervous system heals, and how resilience is built through both stillness and strength. I am a CYA-RYT200 certified yoga teacher, certified personal trainer and holistic coach—but more than that, I am a lifelong student of integration.

Over the past few years, I’ve woven steel mace training and functional strength into my offerings, creating a powerful bridge between traditional movement practices and human movement. These tools have allowed me—and now the communities I support—to reconnect with the body in a way that feels grounded, intuitive, and alive.

But Hidden Path Movement is more than fitness. It’s the way we live. It’s Sunday batch-cooking in a busy kitchen, barefoot steel mace flows in the backyard, nighttime stories with our kids, deep belly laughs after messy mornings, and intentional breath when the world gets loud.

My husband and I walk this path together—as partners, as parents, as creators of a life that blends play, discipline, nature, nourishment, and heart. Through classes, workshops, holistic guidance, and everyday rhythm and rituals, we welcome you to explore what strength and stillness look like on your own path.

This journey isn’t about fixing yourself or changing who you are. It’s about returning to who you’ve always been.
